Every session will be fully aligned with your goals, and I do my very best to make sure they include the things you enjoy so your fitness journey feels positive and sustainable, never like punishment!
You will also be set up on my custom fitness app where you can view your homework workouts, track your progress, get nutrition guidance and have direct access to ME through direct messaging.
Everyone is different, so your program will be unique to you. I will make sure it is simple and effective, sustainable and not at all overwhelming.
